    Ramesh Srinivasan was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Bally Technologies in December 2012 after being promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in March 2011. He joined Bally in 2005 as Executive Vice President of Systems, responsible for the Systems business unit.

    Senior Vice President of Business Development and Interactive

    Connelly was named to his current position in November 2013. Connelly joined Bally Technologies in 2004 as Vice President of Governmental Markets, but was quickly promoted in 2005 to Vice President of International Sales. In 2011, Connelly was promoted again and named Vice President of Business Development. He currently oversees new business development and Bally’s Interactive Division.

    Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer

    Named Chief Financial Officer in August 2010, Neil P. Davidson served as Bally’s Chief Accounting Officer since May 2008. From 2006-2008, he held the position as the Company’s Vice President of Corporate Accounting. Prior to joining Bally, Davidson served as the Vice President of Finance for Multimedia Games, Inc., a gaming and systems company.   • Adrian Halpenny
    Senior Vice President of Australia and Europe

    Halpenny was appointed President of SHFL entertainment Australasia office in October 2010. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Halpenny served as the Director of Operations since 2007 and has been in the electronics manufacturing industry for several years. Prior to joining SHFL entertainment, Mr. Halpenny held the position of General Manager, Startronics for five years and has also held operational leadership roles with ACL Automotive Components.

    Senior Vice President of Operations and Human Resources

    As Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Gary Kapral oversees organizational development and implementation of Bally’s global human resources strategic-growth initiatives. Kapral began his career as a CPA, but moved on to technology-based manufacturing corporations, including German-based SGL Carbon.     Bryan Kelly
    Senior Vice President of Technology

    As Senior Vice President of Technology, Bryan Kelly manages the research and development of new gaming technologies, features, and products. Before joining Bally in 2006, Kelly served as Director of Advanced Technology for Sierra Design Group, which Bally acquired in 2004. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Engineering for Arcade Planet, a coin-operated amusement game manufacturer and operator of an online skill game portal.   • Sridhar Laveti
    Senior Vice President of Customer Services

    Sridhar Laveti is Senior Vice President of Customer Service for Bally Technologies. Previously, he served as Vice President of Client Services and Support, where he oversaw and managed the Services and Support teams for the games and systems divisions. Since Laveti joined Bally in 2006, Systems Services revenue has grown from less than $10 million to more than $40 million, and the Systems Services team has grown from fewer than 100 employees to more than 500 employees.

    Katie Lever
    Senior Vice President and General Counsel

    Ms. Lever is responsible for all legal and regulatory matters related to Bally Technologies' multi-faced operations including management of its legal, intellectual property and compliance departments and providing strategic legal advice for the company’s international and iGaming business. She joined Bally from SHFL entertainment in 2014.

    Senior Vice President of Games, Table-Game Products, and Interactive Research & Development

    Mooberry also oversees Bally’s business in Mexico and South America. Mooberry has filled several leadership roles at Bally, most recently as Senior Vice President of Games, and has nearly 20 years of industry experience.

    Richard Haddrill
    Chairman of the Board

    Richard (Dick) Haddrill became Chairman of the Board in December 2012 after serving eight years as the CEO of Bally Technologies. He joined Bally as CEO in October 2004 and has served on its Board of Directors since April 2003. Mr. Haddrill came to Bally Technologies from Manhattan Associates, Inc., a leader in software solutions to the supply-chain industry. He was CEO there for five years. Previously, he served as President and CEO for Powerhouse Technologies, Inc.

    Robert L. Guido

    was appointed in December 2006.  Mr. Guido, who has been affirmatively determined by the Board of Directors to be an independent director, will also serve on the Company`s Audit Committee. He recently retired from Ernst & Young where he was Vice Chair and CEO of its Assurance and Advisory Practice where he was responsible for overall business strategy in dealings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

    served as a director from July 1994 to September 1997, and as Chairman of the Board from February 1997 to September 1997.
