    Named Chief Financial Officer in August 2010, Neil P. Davidson served as Bally’s Chief Accounting Officer since May 2008. From 2006-2008, he held the position as the Company’s Vice President of Corporate Accounting. Prior to joining Bally, Davidson served as the Vice President of Finance for Multimedia Games, Inc., a gaming and systems company.     Senior Vice President for Law and Government, Secretary, and General Counsel

    Mark Lerner joined Bally Technologies in December 1996 as Assistant General Counsel. A former deputy attorney general for the Nevada Gaming Commission and State of Nevada Gaming Control Board, Mr. Lerner has been practicing law since 1980.

    Senior Vice President, Technology

    As Senior Vice President of Technology for Bally Technologies’ Innovation Lab, Bryan Kelly manages the research and development of new gaming technologies, features, and products. Before joining Bally in 2006, Kelly served as Director of Advanced Technology for Sierra Design Group, which Bally acquired in 2004. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Engineering for Arcade Planet, a coin-operated amusement game manufacturer and operator of an online skill game portal.

    Senior Vice President, Human Resources

    As Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Gary Kapral oversees organizational development and implementation of Bally’s global human resources strategic-growth initiatives. Kapral began his career as a CPA, but moved on to technology-based manufacturing corporations, including German-based SGL Carbon.     John Connelly joined Bally Technologies in 2004 as Vice President of Governmental Markets, but was quickly promoted in 2005 to Vice President of International Sales. In 2011, Connelly was promoted again and named Vice President of Business Development. He currently oversees new business development and Bally’s Interactive Division.

    Richard (Dick) Haddrill has been CEO of Bally Technologies since Oct. 1, 2004. He has served on its Board of Directors since April 2003. Mr. Haddrill came to Bally Technologies from Manhattan Associates, Inc., a leader in software solutions to the supply-chain industry.     Lead Independent Director

    Kevin Verner was appointed as a director in April 2001 and as chairman effective in December 2010. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Verner held various positions with WMS Industries, Inc., and WMS Gaming, the last of which was chief operating officer. He is currently a consultant and provides interim management to early-stage companies and is also a partner and CEO advisor for Chicago venture fund Alpha Capital.

    was appointed in December 2006.  Mr. Guido, who has been affirmatively determined by the Board of Directors to be an independent director, will also serve on the Company`s Audit Committee. He recently retired from Ernst & Young where he was Vice Chair and CEO of its Assurance and Advisory Practice where he was responsible for overall business strategy in dealings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
