LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bally Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BYI) announced today that it has signed
a comprehensive contract with Spotlight 29 Casino in Coachella, Calif.
near Palm Springs to provide Bally® Casino Management Systems (CMS™)
technology, bonusing solutions, and 2,000 interactive iVIEW slot machine
displays.
The iVIEW displays in all of the casino’s 2,000 slot machines will allow
Spotlight 29 Casino to offer its players Bally Power Rewards™, a
player-centric feature that enables players who stay at the casino to
get credits for play. Bally’s CMS player-tracking technology works in
conjunction with the Spotlight 29 Casino website, allowing patrons to
access their players club account online to view player points, respond
to casino offers, play slot and pit games for fun, make hotel
reservations, and much more.
“Selecting Bally’s system technologies will drastically expand and
enhance the communications we have with our players, which, in turn,
will help us to better service our patrons’ needs,” said Ray DelFiandra,
General Manager of Spotlight 29 Casino. “Bally’s casino management tools
are a great way to introduce our players to the concept of bonusing.
With iVIEW and the direct link provided by our new CMS internet
integration, we can now increase exposure of upcoming casino marketing
promotions and custom messaging on every machine as well as online.
iVIEW gives us the ability to better communicate bonusing to our patrons
in a very big way.”
“This is just another example of how our customers are finding new ways
to utilize the robust features within Bally’s Casino Management
Systems,” said Tom Doyle, Vice President of Product Management for Bally
Systems. “We are thrilled that our technology will help Spotlight 29
Casino enhance their player marketing program by generating more avenues
to reach the player.”
